Something I don't think many new chartwatchers understand is that HDD and Rolling Stone's building charts aren't really "predictions" for Billboard's chart, as they're meant to be completely different entities from BB, kinda like a different perspective on what they think the top albums are for the week using their own methodology. It just happens that since BB is the industry standard, we care about their charts way more. (And I think this is at least partially why HDD is always so bitter towards BB.) We just use them as "predictions" for what the BB chart will be because their numbers and orders are usually pretty close to what BB's will be and unlike BB, they post updates throughout the week for what they think their final chart will look like. It's sad and kinda funny to think most stans who check on HDD/RS Charts probably wouldn't if BB posted similar predictions/building charts.

From PulseMusic regarding HDD situation:

"Last time we didn't get the final update on friday was in April. The Weeknd's second week at #1. It was very close with 5SOS (they had bundles - which caused probles to calculate with 100% accuracy). HitsDD wrote this "We're still stewing in triple overtime as we wait to declare a #1 on last week's Top 50 chart."

The chart came out Saturday at around 10p.m. EDT (2 a.m. GMT)

Since Gaga had new bundles mid week, most likely the battle between Chromatica & My Turn is within the margin of error."
