These pre-sale units are just the streams of ROM and SL. They're counted overall but not for debut week because that would be unfair. There's nothing shady about pre-sale units

lol what? Just count pre-album release singles units separately (SL, ROM prior May 29th) and then when the album comes out keep counting post-album singles units (SL, ROM after May 29th) and include those post-album singles units into SEA+TEA units for the whole album.
