But im still shocked seeing as Gaga is the Grammy bait to what Drake is on AM, that ARTPOP got snubbed 

I guess it had 0 impact, hits that weren't really smashes (applause was radio driven, not quite the same) and was released nearly a year before the deadline so... You'd think at least would get a random MV Grammy or something

With ARTPOP it’s like ga was *trying* to make an anti-Grammy album lol

No matter how good you think it is or isn’t, loud, abrasive unabashed EDM isn’t something they’d nom for Grammy AOTY. There’s just some genres and sounds that aren’t lol. 

Though it should’ve been at least Pop album nommed. That was probably because the media was pretty anti-Gaga back then.

I mean, even though I think it's her worst album, I think it deserved a nom at least in Pop Solo Performance. I mean, look at the noms:

I don't think ARTPOP was truly a snub, it was more than forgotten by the time the voting period came around. But I definitely feel like Applause should've totally been nominated instead of Brave for example. But tbh it was "cool" and "trendy" to hate Gaga back then (2013-2014), so I get why it wasn't nominated.
