Lady Gaga comes in when she tried to fight The Founding Mothers for rule of Floptropica by calling it "New Babylon" after flying in from the planet "Chromatica" in 2020. She battled with the Flops (the main ethnicity that exists on Floptropica), but she lost and made a truce with them which has led to an alliance between Floptropica and Chromatica. This treaty is called "The Treaty of New Babylon".
