If you bring up Trump, of course Biden will be slightly less sick in most areas... But is there really a genuine argument for Biden that can be made without comparing his failures to Trump's? Trump has damaged this country and the world more than anyone could even predict, the list goes on and on and on. Biden is far from perfect, but how people can compare them is beyond me. Im far from a Biden cheerleader but if youre going to sell him to others I would suggest you be honest. Biden has no policy. And from a moral perspective, both Trump and Biden are rapists. Biden also will not do "far more" for all the groups you listed. His administration just wont be openly cruel to them and instead choose to be cruel in a technocratic way thats much more opaque. The people who are refusing to vote for Biden or Trump do not believe, with justification, that electoral politics are the path forward. They gave at least two tries, counting Bernie, alone, and now they're done. Remember "f*ck around and find out"? This is the "and find out" part. "How could you call yourself an ally and willingly elect Biden?" is just as a reasonable of a question as the question that you posed. And the Tara read allegations are a bit more than speculation.
