Every minute that passes, I’m more and more okay with forceful protests. Not violent, just forceful. This is getting too much. Peaceful protests ARE. NOT. GETTING. ANYTHING. DONE.

@Faysalaaa here's the excuse you waited for :chica:

The twitter user that posted the video from Seattle said that while the glass was cracked, there were no jagged edges or any imminent danger from the glass. Safety glass has a sticky foil in between that prevents it from shattering into millions of pieces.

The Columbus one is also an excuse, broken windows have nothing to do with fire safety. If anything, breaking the windows in buildings where a fire has broken out only speeds up the burning process and ensures that the fire gets enough oxygen to burn the entire building own.

The only one that makes some sort of sense is the first one from Chicago.

How did the burglars get in? Why did they have to break the glass? Also why did they seem so tired and unbothered if there is a real burglar situation here? :air: MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

Seems like they were doing it casually, not as an emergency to hury to catch someone inside

After seeing police infiltrating among protesters to throw stones to their coworkers (not in the USA, but in Turkey) this doesn't surprise me AT ALL. I hope non-POC Americans are very well aware of what is happening and finally can understand what people mean when they say ACAB :fthis:

Is there some reason my LG7 isn't here? Has she died or something?

They ****ing teargas peaceful protesters, get them dispersed, change the "crime scene" and vandalize stuff themselves, then blame it on protesters.

Testi-****ing-liars.

Y'all we already had a thread about this earlier today. I'm not defending the police for the brutality they have incited, but in the first video they are breaking off the remainder of the broken glass because it's a safety hazard. As for the second video I can't really tell what's happening.

Again I'm not pro-police at all, but it is dangerous to spread misinformation in a time like this.

Also, y'all can look up another disgusting video where a pig calls a protester a "f*ggot." It boiled my blood to hear that.

This is why black trans women threw stones at cops at Stonewall Inn. When under stress they say such things, that just reveals their true colors. That's an actual thing they have in their vocabulary and see it as an insult. This is people on the job.

You know when people see broken windows, they are gonna blame protesters for them.

This explanation doesn't sound right. I've watched 100's of episodes of COPS and LivePD. The one thing they always worry about is getting shot by suspects. If there were truly three burglars inside they would never line up and expose themselves like shooting ducks. They look so casual.  Plus their guns are not drawn. I would love to see what happened next. Maybe that's all you see because what happens next might exonerate them.  I'm not convinced this is bad but it doesn't look good :(

Filthy ****s. American police are CROOKED.

That originated from SLAVE PATROLS

Norway police haven’t shot anyone in 10 years. I’m not American btw but I live here and it’s a police state

I don't think you can compare Norway crime with US crime. I've never had a bad experience with Police but then again I'm white and would have a different opinion if I were black/brown.

What if this is the protesters posing as policemen to pin the destruction on them? That’s the only reason I can think of for why they’re out in plain sight in uniform knowing there’s cameras everywhere. If the goal is for the police to make it look like somebody else did it, why would they be doing it in uniform knowing even a picture would immediately out them as the culprit?

It would, however, make sense to pose as police officers and do this, because the world will take the simplest route and accept this as proof that they were falsely blaming the looting on the protesters.

I know for sure that there are police officers and white supremacists behind a lot of the violence in these protests and they’ve been somewhat successful in pinning it on the peaceful protestors, but this particular situation looks a bit too picture perfect. I could be wrong though.
