Salad? I don’t think she mentions salad ? 😂

Sis, I- :air:

I meant "word salad". Like she's trying to squeeze too many words in there. It's a mouthful :rip:

Ahhh sorry I’ve never heard of that saying where I’m from. I even googled the lyrics to see if there was a salad reference :ladyhaha:

To be fair it wouldn’t be the first time a salad lyric worked its way into a Gaga song. :enigma:

It’s an emotional song but the production isn’t very interesting, it’s one of the most generic songs on the album. I’d say Free Woman and Fun Tonight are definitely the weak portion of the album for me.

THIS omg

and the gag is that if you heard the free woman demo, you hear how good it could’ve been with some remastering but they changed it completely. that breakdown in the final version is horrid. probably thanks to bloodpoop :vegas:

I mean I would say thanks to Bloodpop as well, but I think his production in Act II was more interesting and intricate. Act III as well except for 1000 Doves, which is saved by the beautiful vocals, melody, and message. I’m mostly satisfied with his work, but FW and FN needed better work for sure.

The song is SO generic and the chorus is cringe as ****. I feel so uncomfortable when I listen to this.

This one's just a no for me. My least favourite track of the album by far

My boyfriend (not a fan) heard the alhum today.

Fun tonight is his favourite alongside Rain on Me.

I don't get the hype for it but I'm pretty sure it'll grow on me. For now, I think it's the weakest song on the album in terms of the very light (I guess dated?) production. I gave it a 5-6.
