All we are asking is to see her address this injustice more adamantly. Posting links to petitions, funding pages, using her contacts and making it VISIBLE so her black fans know that they are heard. It’s an extremely anxious time especially for her black fans.

Y’all with this whole “Gaga needs to” this and “Why isn’t Gaga” that are annoying af. Stop relying on a celebrity to speak up about the injustices occurring and do something yourself! Donate if you can and if you can’t spread awareness for those who can. Sure Gaga has been outspoken about various social issues, but it’s not her job to do so, and on top of that, how does anyone know she hasn’t privately donated any money to any funds? I swear y’all are more worried about her looking bad than you are about her actually posting something about what’s going on. 🙄🙄

I don't think it's meant that because she's "white and will be criticized" that people are justifying her silence. In my particular case, it's more of getting tired of her being criticized when we know she's very likely working on something major. She's proven in the past that when she's quiet on a topic, it's usually because she's helping the situation behind the scenes. When she's ready, she'll announce what she's been working on, like how she did with this pandemic.

Her actions have always spoken louder than her words, and I'm hoping this is another one of those cases.

but also very this!  yes it’s incredibly disappointing she’s not speaking up more and taking more action to help but WE all should still be working our best to be the best allies we can be, this is bigger than gaga and we need to realize that
