sadboy 375
I kinda agree with everything but Babylon...I think it's perfect just as it is, no need to have a 5+ mins closer imo
Arcanum 5,155
I heard Babylon and I cannot understand all the hate it gets. It's literally the ANTHEM. I want to learn voguing with it. I want to sing loudly along the choir, I want to clap my hands as I see the sunset with it on my headphones. The demo version was savage but it didn't create any emotions other than sassiness. This one gets skin deep. I Wantth your Love...I Wantth your Love.

Like given the fact that the song is about Gaga's struggle with mental health and the ups & downs of taking anti-depressents / anti-psychotics / etc. it feels like it stays on sort of one note to mimic the way it can all really dull you down. At least that's how I interpreted it. that makes so much sense, and probably is gonna change my whole perspective on the song. I’ll listen to it from that perspective the next time. It's not for the sake of being rude it's because annoying users with elevated feelings of self importance think that everyone needs to hear their thoughts on album to the point that it needs its own thread when even professional reviews are being confined to a single thread LOL
Oyster 2,458
nice review but why a separate thread though

But it's not dark at all? An urban sound definitelty, but it's also not? It's a legendary song. It's weird, not Gaga weird, but a weird that she DEFINITELY pulls of. The song is kinda hard to describe and gets better with every listen. One listen is not enough to understand the song. The "I dig myself a grave" lyric is from this song. Not weird. It's Gaga's take on the future funk genre! This kind of chopped-and-screwed disco house quite popular at the moment. Check it out P.S- don't mean to be rude hun, but there is like 4 other threads you can share your review on. We don't all need to post our thoughts on a separate thread! djBuffoon 12,120
I would rank "911" a perfect score, and I haven't warmed up to "Fun Tonight" and "Plastic Doll" just yet, but I generally agree with you! Some really fantastic tracks on this one.
eunino 1,502
I feel like the songs i less connect to are on the chromatica II set. my least favorite is plastic doll. I love the transitions from the interludes to the songs. Very well done!
Rio 5,088
911 deserved better, and Bowie was never sampled on Babylon. People need to stop rallying that idea around. Ears have gone untrained in that regard. Beautiful review babe though babe 💕

Musicisfreedom 5,837
Lovely review can't wait to listen! Is it true there are no ballads on the album? Are there any power ballads or anything like that? Or just straight bop after bop? Bitch I'm Madonna
