Stupid Love is cute and everything but I was hoping it’s a little taste of what’s to come without revealing too much. I like when she does these type of things because saving the best for the album is one thing fans appreciate more, especially those who buy the whole thing. Quoting Gaga when Born This Way came out, that is the marijuana to the heroine of the album. Of course BTW is on another level, it was a great lead single and even though I’m always going to be curious about Marry The Night’s potential since everyone was so thristy about new Gaga music that it’d have smashed. ROM was to create hype for the lead up to release and get her name on the headlines one last time without disappearing for a while and create buzz. I don't understand too much why SC was just released. Her Elton John collaboration was surely saved for album streams. 1000 Doves is probably the most mainstream song left, but it also isn't very representative of the album especially with the complexity of the lyrics.
