Roland 261
Bahh but many songs have similar melodies... I like it a lot.
Divine 1,819
It will still smash tho, watch the blinks stream the hell out of it. "And I still love you even if I can't see you anymore."
RenegAde 19,109
Is sounds like swish swish just 10× better

I’m sorry I’m not here for it, can’t wait for rest album tomorrow though 7 minutes ago, LaMaisonGaga said: I totally see why you compare it to swish swish but its only that underlying melody thats similar, the rest doesn't sound the same at all 6 minutes ago, Rolodex of Hate said: Yeahhh, the instrumental is very Swish Swish. I like Gaga's part the most, but it's just so short and I don't see why? Could easily have been a lot longer, and the structure is just strange :o Lmao, this basic generic ass comparaison, it just shows how uncultured you guys are, it's literally a generic house 2 note organ synth from the KORG m1 synthesizer but the only reference that came to ur mind is Swish Swish? A shitloads of house songs in the 90s used the same synth, Swish Swish didn't invent anything
GAYHEMikey 7,894
I wished the intro would’ve gone a note higher, yk what I mean? all in one I kinda like it, I think this will grow on me cant wait to go with a BTWB shirt tomorrow to the store and buy the album NO DUCT TAPE - NO MISSON

REALITY 76,113
I don’t get why y’all are making such a huge comparison with Swish Swish when the only real similarity is the beat. Gaga and BLACKPINK definitely sound better and the melody is overall better than Swish Swish. Gaga’s sing/speak thing is ORGASMIC I haven’t listened to the leaks, but if she does more of this sing/speak thing like she did with Sour Candy and ROM, I’m gonna love this album so ****ing much 🦠🧙♀️🥀📸🎉👻🕺🧟💊💖☎️🔪👤🐺🌱🌎

honk 526
it's so clear NONE of you are familiar with house and house tropes. this is at its core a HOUSE track. you can hear the "Swish Swish" instrumental in a lot of house songs dating back to the early 90s; Sour Candy is NO DIFFERENT. Skylight 911
It is short and runs smoothly as a loop
Arcanum 5,152
Swish swish house sound was dominant through 90s eurodance/catwalk music. Gaga is genius. She used the beats in full context and accordingly to the music genre she is using for Chromatica. I Wantth your Love...I Wantth your Love.
Aqua Mars 292
Thanks for this opinion which totally needed a separate thread. Sour Candy is a bop and Gaga’s part is already iconic, literally screaming in Korean rn
