Sometimes I think it is intentional because BTW's theme was sort of retro and a little glam rock in a way? idk...but yeah Chromatica is a return to form in terms of mixing and mastering. It feels like TFM's perfection in terms of production and mixing quality. Everything flows beautifully and is smooth to the ears. Nothing grating or unbearable. I mean Sour Candy can perhaps do good but i feel like a lot of it's hype is just front loaded streams from very depraved Blackpink fans. I don't know if it can be a hit. Not sure anything besides Rain On Me screams huge radio smash or will have a good response on that metric, though.
