I'm a PoC as well and not from USA. I'd be supporting Beyonce since her self titled came out because I genuinely think she put out a stellar work and Lemonade was a great body of work even if I couldn't relate to it. you have to take a look at the big picture. I didn’t mean to offend you in any way shape or form. However not only on here but also everywhere else Beyonce receives unnecessary hate from within this fanbase. And monsters make slavery memes. Monsters pass around the memes of gaga with an afro and dark skin. Monsters choose to continuously turn the other cheek when the talk of racism is brought to the table, so i 100% understand why her fanbase can be VERY defensive and guarded when it comes to this one. Every positive thing about beyonce you can almost always find a monster trying to undermine her success. And due to the current political climate here in the US, it’s very much a micro aggressive racist tactic wether they realize it or nor

Sis the song is already trending and was in the middle of an insanely viral TikTok challenge. Beyoncé slapping her name and verse on the song as it kept climbing the charts was clearly a tactic. Look at all of her recent Top 5 hits, I think most of them (if not all) are remixes or features. 
 

The woman can’t score a Top 5 on her own.

but I've also seen Beyonce fans attacking Gaga herself just because of the fighting between fanbases. I'm not saying who is right or wrong here. I'm just saying that this stan wars is hurting people who is not directly in relation to this. And most of all, Beyonce has the media on her side. Gaga is only starting to have media turn their opinion on her but Bey's fans churning out personal attacks towards Gaga herself is just trying to pull Gaga down personally is already taking it too far. I believe it's not just one side here. Both sides are to be blamed.

Lol. The song was stuck at #14. The remix helped it go to #4 with 1 or 2 days of tracking. They're both from Houston Beyonce, and if I'm not mistaken, Meagan is signded to Roc Nation. If anything it is a business tactic to help Megan out. Beyonce is over the charts. She can fill stadiums without #1s. She's beyond the charts at this point. Plus she hasn't had a traditional roll out. Formation was still able to peak at #10 despite being free for THREE MONTHS and not released after Super Bowl. 

Bey's transition from being the "it girl" to not chasing hits any more is actually quite smart and commendable. That mentality is mentally draining, i would assume. You simply cannot sustain that forever. She understands that and she removed herself from that mentality. That's why we won't be hearing about her mental breakdown or desperate tactics to get a #1 song. Even in her message to Megan she said congratulations on YOUR #1.

This is great. Not only are women starting to dominate the charts again in 2020, but this also means that Megan and Beyonce's stans won't be streaming nearly as hard since they already got the #1, giving us a better chance.

Also, I really want the #1, but I feel much better if we lose it to them then if it was like, 69, Drake, Ed Sheerat or any of those kinds of artists.
