It's literally the same thing as listening to the final song. It's Gaga's property that she didn't properly release, as is a final cut when it's leaked. You're doing the same exact thing when you're listening to a demo as you are when listening to a final cut. In fact, you can make an argument what you're doing is even worse since the demo in question is a song that she re-worked and is actually releasing. You're listening to it in a form that she didn't intend.

I listened to Stupid Love and Free Woman (and I guess Babylon) but if the whole album were to leak tomorrow, I'd wait until release day

I don't get the whole moral debate over it honestly. Listen if you want to, don't if you don't want to. Gaga won't hate you for it either way. Leaks upset her but she consistently says "enjoy the music 😘" when they happen.

All we know for sure is Bobby would have us all mounted on Gaga's wall if we allowed leak trading/sharing here

I see nothing wrong with it (ignoring technical legal issues).  My only rule is: if you enjoyed it, then purchase the album.  If you didn't like it, then don't.
