Like the way you have to be isolated and heavily sprayed down if you've been exposed to high levels of radiation. But I also wondered if it is related to a bottle since the song was somewhat connected to her heavy drinking. Since this was filmed, and probably planned, before quarantine, at least we know it likely wasn't a last minute video, and was created with precise intention. My biggest guess is that she is (or was, considering if she has filmed more or not, and if she can or cannot in the meantime) loosely building up some lore. Very soft but sure worldbuilding.
