darkchylde 14,857 Posted May 23, 2020 Share Posted May 23, 2020 i can't think of any other videos that come off as energetic and straight to the point as ROM, no intro, no interludes just one hell of a display of gimmics and power. she manages to sneak in a few visual metaphors (knives falling as rain, the dagger on her hip becoming water as she pulls it out, the background of gaga as a "galaxy", the wings, the album cover rendition...) without losing pace or stopping the music for a second. her other dance videos (judas, alejandro, lovegame, born this way...) doesn't seem to go as hard from point A to B in the same way this one does.
