She is very blessed in comparison to many more artists like Kesha.

I know I feel bad for Kesha :ohno: Her album came and went without so much as a hello to the public.

I agree with you. DSN is doing well but she should do some more promo whether that be recorded performances from her house, talk shows, online interviews, or some collaborations/remixes. Promotion is harder now but it is not impossible

Idk about worldwide but I strongly believe by the end of June, America will begin to phase out of quarantine. With or without government support, people just will not have it come summertime. And no, I don’t believe the “Second Wave” conspiracy theories. COVID is a SARs virus and SARs did not have this massive “second wave” that the media is trying to fear-monger us into.

My college campus is opening this Fall over hell or high water so, I think your prediction is a gross overestimate led by extremist ideology

Well thank universe y'all are optimistic about it. I envy y'all damn. I live in a third world country and gurl, we still got no curve on our graph. :toofunny: Our gov't has been gaslighting us for weeks now.

Some of y’all about to be upset but I agree that FN aged like milk. I only listen to Levitating, Physical and Love Again now. And that too, not very frequent. But FN itself is still a solid body of work and I’m pretty sure Dua will push the record with a new single later.

Does it matter? Damage is done

I don't feel bad for anyone that feels they have to get a number one by teasing people into showing her tits and not deliver:coffee:

Why do you keep going on about this. You sound like one of those straight guys who drool at the sight of a pair of breasts. Nobody owes you anything. They don't have to bare their breasts if they don't want to.

I don't understand how a retro disco oriented album can age like milk ? :wtfga: It's timeless (even if this 80's revival lasts since too much time but that's another subject) concerning this album, I'm pretty sure, it'll be a cute little classic

Exactly. I notice that this fanbase throws the "aged like milk" phrase around too much now that the phrase itself has aged like milk.

This makes absolutely no sense. She's been releasing hit after hit AND her first single is still top 10. Better pitty Gaga whose first single has already fallen off the charts, due to lack of promotion AND an awful video.

Nah. I still listen to the songs I love from that album from time to time. They still sound fresh to me so...

I love Future Nostalgia so much. Her stans (such as myself) are still loving it. Obviously, the pandemic has overshadowed it so much and the album hype/promo has clearly been watered-down as expected. Especially her tour dates, which were cancelled and later postponed to next year.

Keep in mind, this effects all artists not just her. I’m so grateful she had done SO MUCH promo and performances for Don’t Start Now. I’m so happy it was a huge hit.

At the end of the day, it was a great effort. It still has potential, it just needs proper promo and she did say there will be a deluxe edition/re-release in the future. If you think it aged poorly than that’s your opinion but please don’t say it has for everyone!

Girl Physical is all I hear, how are people over her? Where do you live? :poot:

I didn't ask for a free ride, I only asked you to show me a real good time.

But I kinda did forget about it though. Just kidding all peace babe :vegas: I really like FN, but my point was I wish she had more resources to promote it just so its' relevance stays. Because it's kinda plummeting now honestly

Yeah, sure I get what you say. If it wasn't for corona she would've been everywhere :(
