Time frame is wrong though. I believe it was early-mid October for BR and Aejandro demos - Telephone was the final song so it was a bit later - but it DID leak ahead of the rest of the album. She had a deal with them back then, I even have a Facebook status bragging about listening to the album before everyone else because of my Spotify Premium.
