Best opening lines of a Gaga album

OK... I think @ARTPOPSYCHOLOGY might be jumping to conclusions a little bit because I rewatched the part in question (very beginning of part 6), and what she says is really up to interpretation on whether the album actually starts with those lyrics, or whether this is the general idea that made her start writing the album (which is how I understood it):

After talking about mental health and quoting once again the "Every single day yeah I dig a grave" lyric: "All this stuff that made me start the album with 'could you pull me out of this alive?', that's exactly the stuff that pointed to my humanity, it's exactly the stuff that pointed to my ability to make music, it's exactly the stuff that brought me back to who I am."

Ok regardless of if it’s “up for interpretation” I made an OPINION thread for people to talk about their fav first lines of the album. I tried to make a fun thread. I didn’t pass it off like I was breaking news. I’m in the US and after reading what Oxygen said and 8 users going alone with what he said I assumed it was safe enough to open up a discussion on here. My goodness.

I mean, it's all cute and fun to make an opinion thread, but don't act all surprised if people freak out when you basically reveal alleged brand new lyrics with no source in sight

Considering it took two pages for only 3 users to ask, a trend you started, I am a little surprised. The place I initially saw people talking about it all acted as though they heard the same thing. We got about 10 pieces of info on the album so I didn’t think it was brain science to assume she talked about this during the interview literally every little monster is talking about. She gave a bunch of new lyrics tonight so it’s not hard to imagine it would be legit. My bad. I updated the OT accordingly with receipts.

We don’t know!! The way it’s interpreted is that those are the first spoken lines. I have a feeling Chromatica I will be all instrumental personally

Lmaooo. I think the Alice in wonderland theme is legit !  Although I was hoping Gaga would speak more to that in the interview.
