But to be fair many decisions your own countries leader might make might not affect u specifically either, a lot is still based on policy

 

For example if Trump pulls funding from green research... Global warming is a global thing and ur not gonna see or notice anything more from that policy than a person outside America

 

So in most cases unless it's something that applies to u specifically, it's just based on news tbh

 

Trudeau has been the PM for 5 years now but I haven't felt anything personally. Most policies he's changed or tweeked apply to others not me

 

If u keep up with Trudeau and have the same information as I do, I'm not gonna feel his changes anymore than you tbh

 

I disagree. If you haven’t had to deal with healthcare changes, fluctuating taxes, you can’t fully grasp the impact of political decisions that determine those things.

I do agree that when it's a policy like that that affects u personally ull always have a bigger feel and understanding of the actual impact of a decision

 

I'm just saying a very good portion of knowledge of what's going on comes from media and internet... And political debates also largely online

 

I'm that sense everyone is exposed to the same information so people from other nations are not totally clueless to Trump

 

And it's not like he's exactly loved outside America. His approval rating here in Canada was something like 12% not sure where it is now tho
