I don't think Gaga's team is that strict, but I wouldn't be sure until she posts something about it.. When it's midnight in say, New York City (eastern time), it'll be released across the US. New Zealand is 16 hours ahead of NYC, but they get their albums when it's still Thursday in the US. This is how a lot of leaks happen these days. I don't think they'll delay the album for NZ because it'll be late Friday afternoon for them by the time the US gets it, and iTunes/ Apple Music etc have standard times for updating. So wherever you are in the world, I think it's safe to expect it at midnight your time. It's a bit different for me since I'm in the Caribbean and carry pretty much the same timezone as NYC except for when their clocks roll back, so I'm an hour ahead then. During those times, they just release new music when it's midnight in NYC, instead of us getting it an hour earlier. Thanks for reading my essay. Her stuff leaks way more than Taylor's and they've seriously gotta start taking that in to perspective. I’m just glad I took 5/28 and 5/29 off.
