Jose P 23,341
When does the GP know about the release of an album that’s not a rapper’s or someone like Adele or Ed Sheeran tho? No one I knew was aware of the fact that Dua was releasing an album for example, and she’s supposedly one of the new it girls. The GP only knew Don’t Start Now. Let alone Gaga who isn’t exactly the it girl anymore. The GP just doesn’t follow album releases, that’s why they are the GP.

BillieGOAT 5,225
Not surprised tbh- there hasn’t been a huge album promo push/SL didn’t have much impact (in the US at least) so it makes sense many people either forgot about the album or never knew in the first place Hopefully ROM will have a big first few weeks & it will give Chromatica some exposure

Now im 24 and live in downtown LA and work in commercials, and most people I know have zero idea what “Chromatica” is. The few that do know about it that I talk to also all question why even before the pandemic Gaga wasn’t doing much press or any live performances. Honest opinion: this album is gonna debut even lower than Joanne, and all the fans are gonna be shellshocked. It’ll have some legs, but this is no longer the grand pop return it was meant to be. Corona killed all the big promo plans and it seems Gaga’s team delayed the album and....didn’t bother coming up with much new pre-release promo in that time. I think she signed enough albums to secure a decent debut

MadreMonster 2,584
I guess this stuff just doesn’t bother me anymore If my neighbor down the hall isn’t blasting Chromatica all day on May 29th, it doesn’t mean that I won’t
