Idk if we can say Oliver was a predator, idk but it is the case in many gay kids life to have their first or early sexual encounters with someone quite older. Happened to me and my friends, and idk we all willfully walked into those situations. In retrospect tho, I wish I had waiting to lose my virginity until I reached 20 tbh. It would’ve been nice but ce la vie!

This. What’s shown on the movie is real and happens. Doesn’t make it right, but it’s the reality. That’s real life, showing it on a movie won’t promote it bc it already happens and will always happen

"120 battements par minute" ("120 BPM") a french movie, an English translation is available. Watch it! It's a beautiful story.

Coming from a Blackpink I thought you liked bad jokes.

Insulting other people's interests will never make your point stronger.
You need to learn how to accept other people's opinion and be more positive.
Good luck

Did you think I'd show up in a limousine? No

A few weeks ago I watched Plaire, aimer et courir vite (dir. C. Honoré, 2018) and I was blown away by it. Instantly became one of my favorite films. A few others worth mentioning are The Way He Looks (dir. D. Ribeiro, 2014) and Holding The Man (dir. N. Armfield, 2016).

I love watching queer films that are raw and unafraid of portraying difficult situations but at the end of the day the ones with happy endings usually end up being my favorite ones.

Found Moonlight slightly boring to the rest, but still a great film that deals with **** that other LGBT movies don't.

My all-time favourite is Brokeback Mountain - it set the benchmark for LGBT films and without it, I don't think such films would be as accepted as they are now. It deserved Best Film at the Oscars, but the Oscars weren't so ready for that. Cried at the end. Second favourite, Call Me By Your Name. Such a cute film, the ending makes me cry everytime - the novel is way better and more erotic.

Another massive mention, starring Leonardo DiCaprio: Total Eclipse (1995). Remember really liking this gay erotic drama. Fyi, you see Leonardo naked in his cute 1990s form, and it's great

Elio literally chased for it, especially in the book though and wasn't he legal age????x It's an odd film when discussing that topic. Such differing opinions, especially with the book, which is a lot more full-on👀

From the strictly gay ones I’ve seen probably Call Me By Your Name, I would watch Moonlight but I know I won’t relate to it in some way so there’s no point.

However if we’re on about inherently queer and camp films in general then The First Wives Club

Gaga: Five Foot Two.

What an iconic film. Truly gave birth to a new race of hoemuhsexuals.
