Congressional LGBTQ Equality PAC endorses Biden

TOSK

Featured Posts

The Equality PAC, the political action committee lead by openly LGBTQ members of Congress, has thrown its support behind Joseph Biden in the 2020 presidential election.

In a statement exclusive to the Washington Blade, Rep. David Cicilline (D-R.I.) said the Equality PAC, which he co-chairs, is backing Biden because he “has been a strong leader on LGBTQ issues over his career and as president will continue to be a champion for our community.”

“Too many LGBTQ Americans can still get fired from their jobs or kicked out of their homes just because of who they are,” said Cicilline. “This is wrong and it’s why electing Joe Biden is critical in our fight for full equality.”

Well were they gonna endorse Trump?

Anyways, when Biden looses I can't wait to see the DNC meltdown because the candidate they chose only ran on "I'm not obama" who sexually assaults women, when they could have had a candidate that runs on policies, gives good speeches, does not have sexual assault allegations against him but "oH No hE Is A cOmMiE"

Lets do it baby I know the Law

Get out and vote so that we don't have to see that and we'll be rid of Trump. Biden's only gonna be in for a term, maybe we can launch a progressive movement in 2024.

Watching the DNC meltdown won't be much fun when Trump meltdown the country. We can't risk losing the war over this one battle.

Tbh, Democrats losing again might actually teach them a lesson this time. They didn't learn their lesson the first time when Trump won, but maybe anther four years will get them back on their game again. But for some reason I even doubt that. If Biden does win, the Democratic party will consider this a victory and keep half assing their odds and lose again after him.

What's the lesson? More people voted for Biden than Bernie, as much as the progressive wing of the party loves him the party isn't that progressive.

Because that's who the media and the party itself gave the most attention and publicity too. Lets not pretend they didn't have favorites when they were all campaigning. I'm very salty the candidates I did like didn't get the attention they should have or were basically ignored strategically by the media when they were very valid candidates that could have had a chance. Tulsi Gabbard and Andrew Yang. Sure Yang was a bit too progressive, but he was ahead of his time, but they never gave him a chance or the airtime, they shut off his mic and didn't even mention him when discussing the debates. And Gabbard was an underdog who had good plans and was appealing to both both parties and undecided voters. Then they just throw Biden, Sanders, and Warren in our faces, when of course they would be getting more votes when they were getting the most airtime and publicity to begin with.
