The only reason his new single is charting that high is because it's his first single since a bunch of time...

Apparently he also has an album ready so he might released it the same day as Chromatica because Ari is on it and he's a childish person who cry because he can't get his """song""" to #1 while a talented female popstar can....

Tbh most of his songs pull good numbers, he's not really a flop. Although I do think stan twitter will probably come together to ensure he gets blocked.
