LOVEDRUG 10,727
i think gaga will increase promo after the album release and once everything is out there, she'll start doing performances from home etc. i see several shorter periods of activity around each single. (like the upcoming burst of activity and promo around ROM and the album release), so when she releases a new music video and promotes a new song, she'll be more active. i don't think we're gonna get a solid, consistent long era. just lots of mini-eras if that makes sense. because between single promo periods, there isn't really much she can do. The Joanne World Tour in Europe was planned 2 years after the album release... All I ever wanted was love...

That was because it had to be rescheduled. The EU tour was originally taking place during October 2017, if I remember the original dates right. Enigma 7,182
If Joanne and ASIB got like 2 years each, this era deserves to be 5 years long

The only other singles that will be released is Sour Candy and maybe Free Woman Source: the streets August 2021 maybe because 2/6 of the shows are already going to have to be postponed because in both Boston and Paris, there's new regulations in place to ensure there can't be live shows until at least later on this year. I think we all know TCB isn't happening this year. I believe Gaga is waiting for the album to drop so the tour ticket/album bundles will count towards first week sales and then she'll postpone/cancel the tour. Nikolai Barrow 1,337
Stupid love was the best choice of a solo lead single I am sure of it. It went top 5 all on it's own. And if it wasn't for Coronavirus it would have gotten a major boost from Coachella. The song did amazing well with no promo and everyone I know who has heard the song loves it. OT hopefully it will be an extended era I know she had a lot planned it's just hard with the shut downs to do a lot.
Guest
Given the limited tour dates I have a feeling she doesn’t want this era to stretch on for too long.

I think (if we're lucky) Gaga will do a small EP with 5 tracks or so to extend the era a little longer until she can tour.

I think the six dates were because of her fibromyalgia which could also be why she wants such a short era.

I believe Gaga is waiting for the album to drop so the tour ticket/album bundles will count towards first week sales and then she'll postpone/cancel the tour. I seriously don't want TCB to happen until at least next Spring. Gaga needs time to recuperate after all these leaks and delays and stuff - I can imagine she's stressed and I'm worried about her. If I was her, I would not feel comfortable embarking on a stadium tour across two continents in major urban centres and possibly putting thousands of fans at risk at each show. I'm going to the Toronto date and I am anxious as all f*ck about going. Things are not safe right now and we have not seen a proper plateau of new infections in America or Canada in the ways Europe has *began * to. Gaga could do promo throughout the Summer, release Sour Candy as a single geared towards Asian audiences, release Free Woman as a hype single, and possibly Babylon as well. This album is packed full of pop bangers from what we've heard from leaks/insiders and this could definitely become a Born This Way 2.0 with a ton of singles and lots of music videos/visuals I'm hoping things begin to return to a sort of normalcy towards the mid-summer in the United States so Gaga can start to do irl promo in the forms of TV or radio interviews/performances - then into the Autumn, she can announce new dates for Spring/Summer 2021 when things are safer. The shows will likely have a sh*t ton of precaution measures but things will likely be much better by then, and maybe there could even be new dates for Asia/Oceania/Europe. I heard a rumour earlier this year that there was a Singapore date for the tour that wasn't announced and was cancelled because cases were spiking in Singapore around the time that she announced Chromatica, maybe she could resurrect that show later on.
