Worst case scenario is that this is from a promo shoot of them together for the single. I doubt they would waste time on that though. This is 90% surely from the video.

Can we stop reaching, twisting things and assuming just to turn things into negative a negative light? It’s not healthy.

I'm not being negative at all. As someone who uses Adobe suite fluently and has an understanding of photography, I am just saying that this looks like an edit from different photoshoots. Ariana's was done in a white background. Ariana's photo in the cover looks like she probably propped the scene in her home. Gaga's is pretty cohesive with the album photoshoot.

I didn't say they matched lmao but they're obviously similar thematically with the fishnets, studs, color scheme, etc like given this song was supposed to come out like 2 months ago I'm sure they already shot all their videos / promo pics a while back, hence the coordinated looks

Now as someone who works in the creatives too, it’s a composite obviously. That’s not up for debate. They’re obviously not together. They’re more likely video stills honestly. Different frames of them thus the difference in lighting and all. That was the point I was trying to make. It’s from the video. Also Ariana looks like she was just pasted on that white background, given the lighting on her. She looks like she got cut out from a frame. Likely with a dark backdrop. Unless she has people at home, and even if she has, I doubt they’ll set up that lighting just for this photo. Bringing that up to her house might be too much IF this was shot in her house in the middle of this quarantine.

It doesn’t look like from the album shoot at all basing from the photos we saw. The styling is different. You might think they look the same but they don’t. This has a more punk undercurrent that while present in the album shoot, was subtle. The interpretation in that shoot was lighter. The biggest giveaway is the wig. That wig with its black roots does not match the shoot for the album with their full on pink long locks. The wig on the single cover has black roots and the style is definitely more punk. Make up too is heavier and more complex. Unlike the monochromatic or barely there look we saw from the photoshoot. Piercings are nowhere to be found on the album photoshoot too. Also those piercings match Ariana’s outfit.

Now we’re all working on assumptions. However it’s fair to assume, just for the sheer practicality of it all that this was from a shoot, be it a photoshoot or for a video specific for this song.
