Wendy won a large settlement against Rob in part because she was able to use the redacted/and or sealed files from his case with Gaga, so there's a decent chance the case (which we know was mainly about money) also involved his assault and abuse of Gaga. Either the hackers have some sense of empathy & kept the Fusari stuff off the dark web, or a different law firm handled that situation.
