If she was replaced with anyone else in Fancy it would still become popular. f.e. that girl MO, she sounds similar to Charli. Or anyone else. The chorus is catchy that's true but that's not the only factor in the songs popularity. Charli was nowhere to be found before Fancy. While Iggy's Work was #5 on US Digital Songs and #17 on UK singles, and it even became platinum in US and silver in UK. Bounce was #13 on UK singles. I usually don't like numbers and stuff and I don't really care about charts but you keep repeating that phrase about Charli giving Iggy a career which is so wrong. And after Fancy, Black Widow peaked at #3 on BB100 and it's almost double platinum. Just saying. and you come in here to post this? I couldn't care less about what else could have been, Charli is still the reason it smashed, not some other girl. Without Charli's chorus which SHE also wrote Fancy would still be Leave it which is blend af and no one would care about it hence why Charli gave Iggy a career.
