Most albums that are released by household, label-backed, well-known artists typically skyrocket to #1 upon their release. She also doesn't have the luxury of a pre-order effect. Not to mention the fact that Azealia Banks has been a fading name for the past 2 years. The fact that her album went Top 3 on iTunes without a label to back her, without any well-known singles and with one song on the track list that was big 2 years ago says something. They're completely different and both amazing in their own ways. After listening to BWET about 10 times now I can now say I love the album. A few tracks I don't like though but the majority is incredible. I see big things for azealia in the future! I think our fan base has been quite tame and the mod team were aiming this message at Iggy fans who were pestering us yesterday.
