inuborg 4,136 Posted April 23, 2014 Author Share Posted April 23, 2014 When Eve's two singles didn't do that great in 2007 Interscope shelved the whole album…and didn't release again until 2013 after she left Interscope Same thing just this year with 50 Cent (not saying his music is any good but) Interscope didn't want to put out his latest record either, so he left went to another label and got a release date instantly for June I root for you. We're so lucky that was even released in this whole mess, and it's perfect. It basically created her whole fanbase and has kept me perched waiting for a follow up. I do remember being hyped for BBD and then being dissapointed when I first heard it. I like it now though. I guess BBD was the first Azealia release I had anticipated. I like it now though. I guess BBD was the first Azealia release I had anticipated. its weird. Like someone posted the Liqourice video as a thread on GGD and then I bought the EP. Then I so happen to look in the thread mid july and saw she released a mixtape and then downloaded Fantasea and fell in love with it over the summer and started checking the thread more and more often. Around November I started watching her interviews and thats when I fell in love with her…and then when she announced BBD in November I was hooked.
