.....Femme Fatale is Knee's best alum but okay :triggered:

Her producers on that album really just didn’t understand how her vocal work and made her sound like exactly a robot. You can tell they followed contemporary trend at that point and it didn’t work with Knee. Anyway, Blackout and ITZ are her best albums.

Why the f are people saying Joanne is one of the worst female albums of the 2010s? It’s ok if y’all don’t like it but one of the worst of the decade? Ma’am :saladga:

Million Reasons was one of the best ballads last decade according to everyone. None of albums that people compare with Joanne has the excellence Million Reasons possesses.

She has no technique.

Yeah, but see, you DON'T need amazing music theory to make a great experimental. Björk is literally my favourite musician but I get why people dislike her music but no one would dare to give her a bad rating no matter how those 5/4 time signatures and dissonance chords are getting on their nerves because people understand it's a part of the experimental nature, which is to innovate and be a trailblazer. Miley Cyrus brought psychedelic rock and art pop into the mainstream, collaborating with legends on the album. You can say that you hated it, but you can't call it the worst of the decade when it's not even in the same realm of music you were critiquing like the rest in the list. When the critiquing criteria is from a point of "pop" standards, of course it's the worst.

I mean.. The best song on the album being the intro says it all, doesn't it?

Bjork is a music goddess and everything she makes is purposeful and to a careful listener that makes a huge difference. Experimental does not mean random, otherwise I could poop in a microphone and call it eXpErImEnTaL aRtPoOp

Everything could be everything (it could mean anything)

I think the robotic was on purpose. It was a club album, it made sense to have vocals like that. Like every single song was a banger.

ITZ, Blackout, and Femme Fatale top 3 I agree :gayhat:

Lotus is an AMAZING album:giveup: It’s has lots of great vocals moments, fun carefree bops, beautiful ballads etc... It’s not flawless (although it’s one of my personal favorite albums) but it’s far from being as bad as everybody says. Some of the production could’ve been a lot better tho. I do feel like it’s partially a bandwagon to dislike it:koons:

It’s not on the level of genius albums like Stripped, Back to Basics or Bionic, but still great, imo:diane:

I admit its not the worst album, but as a huge Christina fan I hold her to a higher standard. I could not connect with her as an artist ever since this album.

I agree that Miley Cyrus and her Dead Pets is #1, I really couldn't listen to it and still can't. For me, MDNA is in top 3 worst female album of 2010's and in my opinion Witness by Katy Perry also belongs in this list :huntyga: but that's my opinion

Always be kind to others, you may need them once

I do agree with some of them. I'm glad that you included more obscure names because it seems like people only really go after the big names. Not only did I not like Peaches' Rub album, the video she made for the lead single was appalling and grotesquely objectifying of women, it basically encouraged abuse of them and I'm shocked that anyone who calls themselves a feminist could make such a video. Jessie J has always made frankly tragic music, Kreayshawn is someone I can definitely understand better now in today's rap climate (I think sje was a bit ahead of her time) but that doesn't make me like her music and that Lea Michele album had to be one of the most forgettable I've ever heard. But I definitely don't agree with some of them. In My Defense is Iggy's best album yet, Goodbye Lullaby is one of Avril's best and Sex Dreams And Denim Jeans was quirky and fun.

Here's some of my personal list to add:

Christina Aguilera - Lotus

Katy Perry - Prism

Rihanna - Talk That Talk

Rihanna - Unapologetic

Taylor Swift - Speak Now

Nicki Minaj - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded

Nicki Minaj - Queen

Meghan Trainor - Thank You

Solange - When I Get Home

Bjork - Vulnicura (I know, I know, but I can't stand this kind of ear-splitting pretentiousness)
