Meh, I felt that way about Joanne and ASIB but that was because there wasn’t actually much going on conceptually. They were regular albums with not much to think about. So her not saying anything about it was weird.

But Chromatica looks like a super original concept with TONS of details and lore. It’s normal that she wouldn’t want to “break character” for immersion purposes. We’re gonna discover the story and everything through the songs, the MVs, the cryptic posters like this. I love it. It’s shaping up to be a conceptual / storytelling album so this is the way to do it imo

Y’all have no idea how thankful I am that she hired current, up to date designers for this era.  Ever since the SL cover got released I could not believe miss Gaga was going for that aesthetic.
