I don’t think she’s revealing the titles rn. She’s only teasing them giving us some clues. That’s why NRO and HIH are there.

If you call the phone number, there's a record line from an "online support" person, and it sounds like a tweaked version info Katy's voice. 

I need someone to decipher her message - any drops/hints? She pauses at the end when saying "again" with "press 1 to hear this message.... again"

Also

"You never know how something so simple can brighten someone's day".  Feel like this line will be the album tagline. AKA SMILE HAS GOT TO BE THE ALBUM THEME/TITLE - bc a smile is simple and brighten's days.
