Will the physical albums arrive on time?

With the ongoing pandemic, deliveries are generally delayed. The official UK store states there's a 24h-48h delivery atm.
Delivery times from dispatch to delivery are these:
UK
APPROXIMATELY 1–4 WORKING DAYS

EUROPE
APPROXIMATELY 7–10 WORKING DAYS

USA / CANADA
APPROXIMATELY 10–14 WORKING DAYS

REST OF THE WORLD
APPROXIMATELY 7–20 WORKING DAYS (DEPENDING ON LOCATION)

I'm in Europe, so I hope they print the albums on time and dispatch them release day -10, so they arrive ON release day.
First world problem, but I want my first listen of the album to be when I put the CD in the player and I want it to be on release day and not wait like 10 days to listen to the album or listen to it without having it in my hands . 
The whole concept of pre-ordering would also be thrown out the window pretty much, haha.


So what do you think? Will all albums arrive on time?

I think they'll ship them 3 days before release date (as normal) and just hope they get there on time.

No. Shipping is being held internationally in many instances. And there are delays across the board due to peak parcel volumes.

I wonder if I have more chance of getting the album on release date by going to a physical shop or awaiting my preorder to be delivered

When I preordered Joanne, it arrived one week after the release date sooooo....

And I live in Europe.

I don’t think so, I ordered a t shirt and it’s stuck in in the US since April 17th

The site suggested costumer to choose separate shipping when they ordering newly dropped bundles. 

Not sure if that means anything, but it looks like it may not be on time based on that factor.

for me for Joanne it was like this:

One of my go to sites didn't get the CD's of the suppliers on time, so they hadn't shipped it yet on release date, so I rang up the shops close to me to see if they had it, went to one (and got a cracked jewel case without noticing it, because of being so excited, lol) and then cancelled my order on the other online shop.

Oh no... You kept the cracked copy ?? Or did you get a refund and bought another copy ???

I kept the cracked copy. 

The same shop delivered me ASIB BluRay with a dent in the collector's box so I complained and they gave me a discount code. Then, last year, I ordered yet again a CD (gift for friend) and the jewel case was not only cracked but also broken  (so that's 2 web shop and 1 physical shop purchases from the same shop that resulted in damaged products). I demanded a discount code again and they gave me one. They also said they have spare jewel cases and I can always come and get one. So maybe I can still do that for the Joanne CD as well haha, more than 3,5 years later.

Are you unlucky or are the employees very very clumsy  ? Maybe it’s the shipping I don’t know...
