Wow American laws are truly ****ed.. Britney should consider moving to a country like UK or Australia for few years where they dont instruct a 37 yr old woman to NOT have a child.

Yes I agree, I actually though about this. But she wont be able to see her kids for years. She also wont have access to any of her money.

Once her kids are 18, she will be free from living under the threat of her kids being taken away and losing costudy. But as for the conservatorship, its extended for life! which is why shes been fighting it for 12 years now. Hopefully her kids get to fight for her or atleast be the conservators.

According to public court files, two psychiatrists who evaluated her say she has no mental illness. She has been living a stable life for over a decade now. Having a breakdown in your 20's while being the most famous person in the world does not mean you end up in a conservatorship for life.

On the other hand, her conservator father has been an alcoholic for 40 years. Hes been accused of domestic violence and cheating with multiple women. Britney called the cops on him for beating her children. Britney lost the costudy because he beat her children. Britney today is way more stable than her father.

Her dad is the one that needs a conservator not britney

This is slavery! How does the courts and the law allow contracts that infringes upon human rights?

Disagreeing with you is not being rude honey. I didn't call you any names or put you down. I'm just stating people who aren't experts should not be acting like experts in a field they don't belong in just because they like a woman's music. You are a conspiracy theorist and are spreading propaganda about a woman you don't know, have never met, and have no connection to her life and state of being. And then you try to make to make this a women's rights issue and start guilting them.

Okay, I apologize if I went too far with some of what I have said. I am just saying that even though I am not an expert, I just feel really concerned about her. Based on what I have heard it seems like the conservatorship is really hurting her. I know that as an expert I do not have too much of a say, but I can see in her that she seems to really be hurting.

People think its a conspiracy theory made by Britney fans, when this subject has been talked about by real journalists. Netflix did a episode on it on their documentary series Dirty Money. And here is John Oliver talking about it:

Not the time.

You think I'm joking?

Also, why is this "not the time?" :laughga: Nothing urgent or spectacular just happened. This is old news.

Because you tried to make it look like she burnt down her gym on purpose which I’m sure isn’t the case.

No, a conservatorship is a permanent thing. The only thing about the boys turning 18 is Britney doesn’t have to pay Kfed child support anymore. The conservator’s job is to help the patient until the patient gets better which she had but then there was candid pics around 2009 or something of Britney driving in the car with breaking out crying, it was the day she found out her cship became indefinite as she thought it was a temporary thing. Before you hate on her father, the real culprit and real villain is Lou M Taylor, Britney’s business manager who weaseled her way into her family circle. Guess who Britney was referring to in that famous “this lady told me to go to the light and see Jesus” if you look her up there’s some shady stuff and she supports anti gay causes. They’re using Britney as a cash cow and funneling that money buying property. It’s a lot and the more you dive into it, the more you realize how truly sad her life is. She refused to take meds last year and they put her in the mental facility and went back and forth on their stories to the media of why she was there. It’s awful what they are doing to her and you can see she’s suffering yet no one cares. She’s tried to get out and had a lawyer (Barbara Streisand’s brother!) to help get her out but that was thrown out in court because everyone’s perception of her is she’s a wreckless ignorant celebrity.

Ok, as someone who used to work in the social work field, you cant denie someone having a baby. Its inhumane and cannot happen. They can not control what she does with her body.

Plus.. Us Weekly.. lets think about that source.
