Confirmed: Britney denied right to have baby and get married

Has the Free Britney movement made no ripples with Gaga stans?

She has no legal rights because her father and manager rushed a court order claiming she had dementia to put her in a legal restraint saved for those with limited mental capacities.

It goes beyond bad business moves; this woman has been drugged against her will, her children used as weapons against, her artistry stripped her from while her alcoholic father takes in millions, and makes everyone around her sign ndas so they cant speak out.

 

She's supposedly not fit enough to take basic care of herself but can perform aerial routines, in front of thousands of people.

 

The only reason this came to light is because she stood her ground, and they cancelled her show.

I love how Britney's fan base all think they're psychoanalyst experts and know everything going on in her life and state of mind better then anyone based off what they read in the media and how much they enjoy twerking to Gimme More.

This is a woman who had a severe mental breakdown many years ago and her marriage to Jason Alexander was annulled because she ‘lacked understanding of her actions’. It was only last year that she announced an indefinite hiatus and had to be committed to a mental health facility. She clearly isn’t well, and these decisions are never taken lightly and without good reason.

Nobody here is in a position to make a judgement on this issue because there is likely so much information not privy to the general public. We don’t know what happens behind closed doors, and I can tell you that she wouldn’t be in this situation if there wasn’t a compelling reason.

I feel so bad for her, and I would love her to be able to have a baby and get married, but I don’t think it’s the right time for her. I think she needs more time to focus on getting better. 

To be fair, the issues with Jason Alexander and the breakdown were over a full decade ago. Not to mention, she was allegedly committed to the mental health facility without her consent. There are a lot of people trapped in conservatorships that are ready to be out, but cannot due to issues. Her more recent mental health problems have been a result of the conservatorship itself, which was supposed to end in 2009. This conservatorship is only damaging her, not helping her.

the proof of your claims is just because she had a Mental breakdown and just for that she deserves a conservatorship extended for life, but guess what, fame is hard, and every famous people had hard times dealing with and it’s normal

You are not an expert on her mental health. You're not her doctor, you're not her family, you're not her judge. You don't know what's happening behind closed doors. I may not be an expert, but that doesn't exclude my right to be polite. As I said earlier, you being rude like this is a notable factor in why women's rights are struggling to advance.

Disagreeing with you is not being rude honey. I didn't call you any names or put you down. I'm just stating people who aren't experts should not be acting like experts in a field they don't belong in just because they like a woman's music. According to public court files, two psychiatrists who evaluated her say she has no mental illness. She has been living a stable life for over a decade now. Having a breakdown in your 20's while being the most famous person in the world does not mean you end up in a conservatorship for life.

On the other hand, her conservator father has been an alcoholic for 40 years. Hes been accused of domestic violence and cheating with multiple women. Britney called the cops on him for beating her children. Britney lost the costudy because he beat her children. Britney today is way more stable than her father.
