I know we only have minimal information/snippets of Rain On Me, but this feels like the sequel to one of the biggest pop collaborations of the last decade, which is Telephone :) Ariana is a streaming force and the most popular young female artist today; their working together has huge potential, but will the result be better than Telephone? :oprah:

TLDR: I'm really bored today, please vote in my irrelevant poll :huntyga:

I mean, Telephone is a classic. ROM is very good but i wouldn't put it up there

I think Telephone is one of Gaga's best songs. It has such a strong chorus and strong bridge.

From what we've heard, ROM is a bop but Telephone is an incredibly written song that still feels super fresh, which I doubt will be the case with ROM in 10 years. However Ariana is a much more exciting artist than Beyonce for me, so as a collab it's definitely more interesting.

I really hope you guys aren't overestimating this collab... Two names aren't enough to make a song smash, just remember when Madonna collabed with Britney: the song literally peaked at #35 and people barely remember it when in theory, this was supposed to be the collab of the century. Or Rihanna feat. Shakira that peaked at #18 and everybody forgot about, I could go on and on.

So it's pretty pointless to make any assumption before we actually hear the song. At the end of the day, it comes down to the quality of it.

I think they will both carry the same level of success. I’ll give a full opinion when Chromatica releases.

I meant queen (Gaga) x queen (Beyoncé) is more iconic than queen (Gaga) x princess (Ariana). I love both tho.
