Woolfsmck 2,763
Coronavirus: Amid New York's unused hospital beds and ventilators, critics point to mass waste and mismanagement https://www.foxnews.com/us/coronavirus-crisis-amid-new-yorks-unused-hospital-beds-and-entilators-critics-point-to-waste-and-mismanagement Or could this be a partisan bash since it was better for NY to have stock of critical supplies than a shortage. . like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. Maleficent 6
Not Cuomo's fault. Liberals would've teared him to pieces back in March if he hadn't done all this (however useless it was). This is what happens when people only read the fear-mongering headlines without looking at the raw data...they freak out and already scarce resources go wasted. ThisGuyTony 34,953
The country as a whole is being mismanaged.

Washington sent 400 ventilators to NYC awhile ago lmao. Glad we apparently didn’t need them either reality’s tight if the music is right
FATCAT 60,888
New York was one of the first hit and had to deal with Trump actively attacking & undermining the collection and distribution of resources. He handled it very well, given the circumstances. This kitten over here (meow)
DeleteMyAccount 11,881
Yea, he already mentioned this from the beginning that hopefully NY wouldn't need them as long as they bended their curve. And they did. Not much else to read here..
Morphine Prince 109,683
It’s better to have an excess than not have enough. Not he can help other states who need them later.
RahrahWitch 6,985
My Countries in a similar situation. They've bought out all Private hospital beds during the crisis essentially eliminating the gap of private and public hospitals in preperation for the virus. It's costing Millions but In my opinion its better to be prepared and save lives than to be unprepared and have people die because of that. How was he supposed to know the exact amount he would need? Better to be safe than sorry, we're talking about people's lives here.

Eighteen 5,430
this article is so bad lol. i mean the reason why things didn't get completely out of control is because they locked down new york, but the numbers rose exponentially for quite a while. like.... are you serious

joannesrats 26
No, he did not mismanage it. He made sure that everything he was doing was preventative and they would be able to handle the worst possible situation. Why would it be a bad thing to have an overstock of supplies as long as they weren't taking them from areas that needed them more? Better safe than sorry. Chic 20,830
I really think he's trying the best he can. He's out there almost every day saying something and doing something, so I can't fault him for his effort. I don't think anyone is prepared for this sort of thing to happen unless you're highly knowledgeable about pandemics and coronavirus.
Zilla 13,451
HELL NO. Most of you don't live here. I live in NJ which is second in infections and deaths, I've seen some **** and it was scary to say the least since there's so many people here. The way that infections rose, it was better to have all that stuff than not and NY said for sure that when it's not needed they would help out other states. If we didn't have that, albeit we lost a lot of people, more would be dead. And fox news = right winged news reporting built to slander a democratic governor.
