The leaker that is rumored to have the album has signaled before that they want to wait until she announces the release date so they can leak the rest of the stuff. To prevent that, her team would probably try to keep pushing the announcement closer to the release date so the leaker can be countered. Idk, we're all guessing here but there's a reason the tracklist is out yet we neither have info on dates nor these tracklists are updated on music services. It becomes expensive for the deal that interscope strike up with radio if the song isn't creating revenue. I think that was the reason. It hasn't been taken off radio in Europe or Canda/AUS and they dont have callouts there (feedback from listeners) it was the radio callouts that contributed to interscope pulling the plug.
