But there's a pandemic still going on and she's not Interscopes only artist with a delay or planning to release. Release are planned to maximize profit for the label so far in advance. So I hate to say it, but the reality is at the end of the day no matter how prepared Gaga and her immediate team are the label is looking out for their profits and returns on the investment in the albums creation - and likely nobody knows how to handle a rescheduling like this since it goes beyond just changing the date. With what was planned to be a huge multimedia experience with tons of live performances now going out the window execs are panicking no doubt. I'm perched to see you all clambering back once we get something and stanning and pretending like nothing happened and you weren't making all the dumbass assumptions about her connection to music, just because you've been left in the dark. I just don't know who some of you think you are sometimes, Jesus. I'm sad I don't have the album yet too and sure she could have given us a little bit of an update by now, but at the end of the day we have no ****ing clue about her process with this album or how connected she is to the music she was about to release so let's stop all that "her passion is gone" **** just from her gay intern tweeting a tracklist for her with no gushing paragraphs, honestly. I agree with both sides of the argument but I still think we should reserve these meltdowns until next week. If no news next week - then yes I think we are truly f****. I don’t think she’ll say anything for the rest of this week. Unless 5/29 is actually true and it’s a month from today than MAYBE we can get lucky today.
