It looks that way in the clip, but he’s always done this when people are speaking at length. I remember this happening when I worked for the Obama campaign in 2007. "We dEsErVe 4 mORe YeArS oF TRuMp" Look- Biden was NOT my choice, and yes, he has some problematic things in his resume, some more severe than others (some very severe), but a presidency is much bigger than a president. His VP pick, his cabinet, supreme court justices, having ACTUAL SCIENTISTS in key positions again, putting back programs that were completely axed from a nightmare presidency this run, and SO MUCH MORE. Is Biden what progressives wanted? No. Are we going to get there ANY faster if this trump train completely destroys us? NO. It's literally going to take YEARS to even clean up this economy now, the worst hasnt even happened yet. Not to mention he wasn't even sleeping there anyways, so the propaganda is already starting. They chose class solidarity over party because they can't allow somebody like Bernie to actually get in office. Or maybe they needed a moderate so swing state voters would vote for them (despite what this forum thinks, Biden beats Bernie in most polling) and they can get more done once in office? Trump is just one of the first that's so blatantly in our faces about it. We've seen this time and time again, most recently with Hillary. We need somebody with excitement behind them to get people to actually go out and vote.
