:awkney: same could be said for her album physical copies production, warehouse employees, distributors.............. This argument doesn't make any sense.. People can still produce make up but wait a month for it to be announced.

I literally typed out at the bottom that it's not the same thing because of how less the quantities are. Combined with the fact that stores are closed and that is where most physical sales happen.

And you guys know that she pushed the album because of the fact that she could not do the promo she wanted.  Which also gives dozens of people jobs, the promotion of music.

We going to boo

Music is coming too tho. You all know that

except we have no idea when... the point is that both music and makeup are relied on for employment and income, however gaga is only promoting the project that's been seen by many as a money grab

Do you guys realize that this is probably giving dozens of peoples job. People who probably desperately need it. So just stop.

And no it's not the same concept with an album this far into the digital age.

Morally, it is the same concept. Is it right to try and make money in a pandemic?

If it's morally wrong to release an album (which is a lot cheaper to acquire, and gets a lot more usage than a limited amount of makeup, and arguably brings people more joy), then it is morally wrong to release makeup.

Furthermore, do you think Gaga releases her albums on her own? Do you think she has a CDBaby account set up where she uploads her albums from her laptop? :lmao: Both endeavours give "dozens" of people jobs :awkney:

So no, I won't just stop. And, if possible, would you please be so kind as to stop telling people what to do? Thanks :whitney:

Again, it's a separate business. Stop comparing the two. Can't expect her to promote an album that is postponed. She's given us the tracklist and cover and a lead single. Ya gonna have to wait. Ignore Haus Labs if it bothers you so much

radioactive

idk if i’m going to get a wp for this so i’m just going to say that in my own humble opinion, without the intention to hurt anybody, this clutch bag design is so ugly i literally want to see who had the idea to make it look like that and ask them if they are ok.

If only HL had a lovely co-founder who could cover workers salaries so no one dies from packaging lipgloss

You know that is really not how business works after this long of a stretch of the lock-down. It's not just the HL staff, it all the delivery, transporting stuff, the sales/online staff, the processing staff and so on. These things don't happen in a bubble.

And if the rumours are true and she releases in May or June, she still won't be able to do the promotion she wanted :trollga:

You may as well say this to Fenty Beauty and every other beauty brand in the world. None of then have stopped retailing their products during the pandemic. Why is it only one rule for the queen of this site but different for every other bitch :ladyhaha: you just want the music and hate the beauty brand, admit.

She won't be able to do promo for at least a year.. She postponed it because she wanted to do something COVID-19 related and she did that.. She'll go back to the album soon enough but let's not act like make-up is really necessary rn and that people even buy it.. Also this is a set of already existing products and it will only give jobs to people who work at warehouses and that's it..

i'd love to ignore it if the advertising wasn't rammed down my throat quite so much. my argument is that it's very shady that she postponed chromatica because selling an album didn't feel right, and yet she'll happily sell lip glosses to the masses. if she explained it once in a while and said yanno "i'm still promoting haus labs because of x, y and z", then i wouldn't have a problem. but she seems to appear, sell makeup then vanish again with little more than a #glamattack whilst she's apparently so morally torn over selling things at the moment

this thread is about haus labs. if you create a thread about fenty beauty then i'll happily criticise them, but nobody's held other bitches to the same standard as gaga because this thread isn't about them :triggered:

My dear she did not postpone the album because of it being morally wrong. She postponed it because she could not do the promo she wanted. That promo that give dozens of people jobs by the way.

Morally right :smh: That is a nice comment to make when you sitting on your computer making comments. When you are person desperate for money, even just for a couple of days. Then it's a different story.

Not all the jobs can be saved but the jobs that can be saved as in this case, it's a good thing. Not that I expect you to understand.
