It's herself. Postponement 2 weeks before release date is very abrupt, and no executive would green light that if they really have themselves to make decision. They'd soldier on instead. All the other people who postponed their album have at least 1 month in gap to buy time to give all third parties involved a proper heads up, and so they got enough time to decide about the replacement dates and such, and that is how the executive works. As result we don't see any of Sam Smith or Alicia Keys stuffs leaking, for example, not a snippet, not a rough demo. Nothing.
