Should Gaga create her own label?

Beyonce is an exception I guess. Taylor leaks but not to the extent of Gaga. Gaga's leaks are kind of embarassing. I expect this kind of leakage from a newbie like Dua Lipa. 

Beyoncé is an exception because apparently Parkwood LAWYERS UP and people are way too scared to leak her stuff in addition to other precautions. I think privacy is something Beyoncé takes incredibly seriously so those writers camps are the harshest NDAs. Even Nija who contributed to the Everything Is Love album couldn’t even give vague details of what it was like to work with then or even confirm if she met them or not. Jay and Bey run a tight ship, I’ve heard lmao

Your examples are perfect representations that she shouldn't create her own label. Madonna eventually sold her label and Parkwood is sorta Beyonce's management as haus for Gaga.

Yeah from what I've seen from documentaries, Beyonce runs a very tight ship and seems to have a lot more control when it comes to leakers.

It’s the culture within Gaga’s team. Somehow a consequence of Gaga being too kind and humble. They need to treat her more of an enterprise, but not to the extent of costing her stress like her previous management. This is how Beyonce reinvented herself and prevents any leak.

Gaga isn't a very business oriented person. She's always said she's been "an artist first and foremost", unlike Madonna who sees herself as a businesswoman...Gaga leads with her heart, I would not invest in anything that she is the CEO of.

I've been wanting her to do it for a while as well, but it won't happen I'm sure of it, she already owns a makeup company, which can be stressful enough.

Kinda silly to attribute this to “newbies” when your first example was Madonna. Duas the only pop girl at her label and it’s not some rickety time down operation they’re a huge company just like Gaga’s. No ones immune to this kind of thing not Madonna not Gaga not Dua
