As someone else posted in the discussion thread, it better come soon. The hype around the album is so big at this point, her sometimes-less-than-quality team better redeem themselves and realize how big this is, and pick up on the opportunity. Clearly, people will stream, so that isn't an issue. Leakers are working. We're going through the era with, or without her.

I'm questioning whether target's mistake was as big as we thought or if the announcement was coming today anyways and they were just too early. I feel like an album date may be coming soon, but either way I'm very content right now waiting until when she finds best to release it.

I’d really bet on the album coming in May (officially - leak is another story lol) 

honestly delaying it for the virus does nothing - concerts and stuff can’t happen for a year at least anyways so.. I honestly just think she delayed it for a bit to put focus on building up healthcare systems and helping others, then her effort for the concert and now she’s pivoting to this

Probably because of the video honestly - and maybe had something to do with coachella and everything she had planned.

maybe she originally wanted to officially announce it very end of feb -blitz attack us in March and release April 10

but Ms. Rona had other plans that were not foreseen
