Edit: I love that he says "not sponsored" like a YouTuber :laughga:  aww his YT past is showing.

Fun fact: The first time I ever heard of Troye was back in 2014 when I went to Vidcon in Anaheim. I saw him on the LGBT panel from the audience, and was like holy crap who is this cute boy! Then the next day he announced his music! And now he's a global superstar. And the last time I saw him was last year on tour and he is still a hottie and has an amazing ass :ohwell:

Skin routines always trigger me :wtfga:

Nothing works for me lmao - and the more I do, often the worse it gets.

It's very important to be consistent! Changing the products you use regularly 'confuses' the skin and will break you out. Also over-washing or skipping days can do the same thing. Sometimes just using gentle products is best as well, rather than products that are packed with active ingredients. Also avoid micro beads at all costs. There are better ways to exfoliate and they just damage your skin. What are your concerns with your skin? Oily? Dry? Acne?

I personally wash my face with water every morning and every evening.
After the shower, I use an all natural light day cream.
Sometimes I use some hyaluronic acid before going to bed when I want that extra good look the day afterwards for a special occasion or something.
I exfoliate once every 2? 3? weeks using some cheap peeling pads with micellar lotion and chamomile. Are those pads gentle enough?

Sounds like you're doing a pretty good job to be honest!  The only thing I'd say is that If you get breakouts, you might need to start using a gentle cleanser each day to stop your pores clogging. And yes I'm sure using those peels every couple wees is fine :)

Splashing your face with water is not washing. You need a gel cleanser or cream cleanser depending on ur skin type. If ur face feels tight and dry after using a gel cleanser then ur definitely not oily but dry, and u need a creamier more hydrating cleanser. If u cant bother having a skincare, cleanse ur face and then use a moisturizer that goes with ur skin type. Change the product if it doesn't do anything for u until u find the right one

I actually don’t believe in using cleaners on my face. I got the advice to use only water about 15+ years ago from a dermatologist. Only a few times I used them and it usually led to a breakout. I’m genuinely not bragging but people tell me that my skin looks great all the time and want to know what cleanser I use. Could just be my skin type though. I also moisturize about twice a day and wash my face with water several times a day.
