Technically there are two songs: the first being in the form of What More Can I Give and its Spanish counterpart Todo Para Ti,which is essentially the sequel of We Are The World recorded as a charity single after the 9/11 tragedy. The song was originally scheduled for a physical release which was ultimately cancelled and the song digitally released instead. Proceeds in both circumstances (its cancelled physical release and eventual digital release) went to 9/11 victims and their families as well as charities and causes related to the crisis. Mariah is featured on both versions of that song.

The second song is called Satisfy with Mariah singing on main vocals and Michael on backgrounds. The song was supposed to be on Mariah's 2002 Charmbracelet album but was scrapped. It is registered in the songwriting database but has not been released,more than likely due to MJ's Estate not authorizing its release. The song still has the potential to leak though if a producer or Mariah herself leaked it.

So, maybe they didn't physically work on a song, but Madonna came in to improve the track in someway but probably didn't work out or something. Mariah probably said Madonna's name for credit because she always gives credit where its due. This is a possibility since this interview may or may not be real
