Thats not entitlement a toilet is a necessity

She had a toilet, just not a private one and had to walk a bit more to get there. Complaining about it on an interview is entitlement.

That’s not as bad as I expected it to be. I usually like her but the entitlement in her complaining about not being able to use the closest toilet. :flop:

She is also a transgender, take that into consideration.

I don't know where you read that, none of this can be concluded from the interview.

There's no mention of non-private toilets, and her mentioning "not even being able to use the closest one" kinda implies that she actually went out and looked for a bathroom she would be allowed to use (but was not able to find one on the lot).

And how do you know she had a toilet?

"not being able to use the closest one", one can conclude she could use one just not the closest one. She could've said "not being able to use a toilet!"

But, that's just how I read it 'cause I thought this interpretation went well with the rest of the interview. I don't know her at all but she seemed entitled and braggy reading this.

Why did she even think she would be welcomed with confetti? 💀 and she’s probably not able to know whether every single Ellen guest has had a private bathroom...

Nikkie is actually my favorite youtuber or rather the only one I watch atm. Was the interview done in dutch originally? Maybe it’s a little translation error, otherwise - 💀

I just read the interview in Dutch and it is a little bit of a culture/translation thing I would say. I know that she doesn’t mean it seriously with the whole confetti canon, it’s something we say to exaggerate, which highlights the point of her being a bit naive.

Thank you very much, cause that’s what I thought would be the case

I think as she is quite new to fame it was a shock to her to see that the showbiz lifestyle isn't actually that glamorous. Fame means nothing when you're backstage.  She wasn't treated like she was anybody special invited to the show. She was just a regular person until the show started and unfortunately for her she didn't have an experience that made her feel like a star like one would expect. It must have been a daunting experience as she realised it's pretty much a Disney show.

I don't think she's acting entitled about the toilet. I think she expected a bit of grandeur considering being a guest on a show is seen as a big deal. You would expect to get access to a changing room with all the facilities.
