Supersonic 49,376
The King of Thailand, Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun (also known as Rama, X) was exposed by an investigative report of German newspaper TAZ that chronicled his jetsetting lifestyle between his home country Thailand and his current residence near Munich, Germany. According to these reports, the King flew to first Switzerland, and then his home country for festivities surrounding a public holiday. This broke the new German and European travel laws, that prohibit international travel. Two days later, the King was flown back to his residence, a currently empty Hotel he rented out for several months, which again broke German and European laws. Journalists who tried to photograph his arrival in Switzerland were detained by police, journalists waiting in front of his residence in Germany were also detained for "trespassing", online commentors in Thailand were put into jail for criticizing his behavior. The king is known in both Thailand and Germany for his rather eccentric lifestyle, in 2016 Paparazzi photographed the 67-year-old monarch walking through Munich in a stained crop top that showed off his beer belly and his tattooed body. https://taz.de/Thailands-Monarch-in-Bayern/!5675208/
